In 1998 I started a web site dedicated to all my friends, mostly those spread around the World, who I had been fortunate to chat with via email - i.e. those who have never met me. Through this site I hoped to share a little bit about me with those friends and in particular, photographs of the places that I had been lucky to visit through holidays and work.
Since 1998, I got married, got involved in lots of other things and somewhat forgot that this site even existed. I was pleased when I saw that the links were still valid to the site and that I was still able to update the pages.
It's my intention now, to recreate this site again. Update it much more frequently and use it as a medium to share more with friends that I have made over the Net.
A lot has happened to my life since 1998. Back then I was working in France and was single. Now in 2003, I am married. Back then I was not a Christian. Today, thanks to the grace of God, I am. My wife and I moved back to the UK at the end of 1999, but after only 15 months, we then moved to the US (since my wife is American). We are currently living in Pittsburgh, PA.
Originally I was going to use this site to share photos of lots of the places I had been fortunate to travel to etc. I will still do that, but I also intend to share more of what's going on in my mind and my life right now.
One of the things I have been consistently committed to in my life as an adult is continual growth and personal development. I am a frequent poster on the Tony Robbins forums
, under the nick of Paul@Pittsburgh. Catch me there and say hi if you want to.
Until I update this page again and give the site a better look and feel, here are some places that I have visited during the 1990's with some links to pictures of some of those regions (including some of me for those that are curious - remember some of these are around 5-10 years old now:-
